​BLACKSMITH CLASS

​SATURDAY, APRIL 24th  BLACKSMITH CLASS   8:30-NOON
Join Ted Ewald for hands-on instruction in the art of bending black iron.  The class costs $40.00, and you will go home with an example of blacksmithing.  Come and learn a great skill.

​FARM WORK BEE

​MONDAY, MAY 3rd  FARM WORK BEE     9:00-4:00 - FREE
Volunteers will help clean up the farm to get ready for the Visitor Season.  You pick the task: garden work, sweeping, fence repair, painting, set up exhibits.  Lots of fun and lunch will be provided.

​SPRING FARM FESTIVAL

​SUNDAY, JUNE 20th. ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING/RECEPTION  3:30-4:00   
​Members of the Board will give a review of the past year's activities, which, considering this year, will be very short.  Members will then enjoy refreshments.

​SATURDAY, JUNE 26TH  ARCHAEOLOGY WORKSHOP  1:00-5:00 - FREE ​
Possible activities include: shovel testing for artifacts, expert-led workshop/lecture in our new Archaeology classroom, flint knapping, laboratory/curation techniques.  If there is enough interest, there may be workshops in July and August.

SATURDAY/SUNDAY   QUILTING WORKSHOP  8:30-4:00 - ​Cost $50.00
Work with Quilter EXTRODINAIRE, KATHI GOBER to complete a quilted piece.

​PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOP

​SATURDAY, JULY 24th   PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOP  2:00-4:00 - Cost $20.00  
Tour the farm with local photographer, Tom Vranich, and scout out the best spots for your photo-ops.  Get tips on how to take the best pictures.

​HARVEST GATHERING

​SUNDAY, OCTOBER 10th  HARVEST GATHERING  1:00-4:00
All the buildings will be open, and there will be demonstrations of various farm activities.  There will be food available, music, wagon rides, tours of the woods, archaeological exhibits/lectures, and games.
